  • Noor has experience as a Director, Registered manager and Responsible individual of children homes, in a fostering agency and domiciliary care.

Geeta Hasmat-Ali

Responsible Individual

Experience:

  • Agency Responsible individual for 10 years plus
  • Qualified with an NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)
  • Qualified with an NVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (Adults) and Leadership and Management for Care Services
  • Geeta has over 20 years’ experience working in a fostering agency.

Marie Ologbosere

Agency Decision Maker

Experience:

  • Marie’s role is to make the final decision on a foster carers approval.
  • Qualified with an MA in social policy and administration, BA in anthropology, Diploma in Social Work and Cilfa in Management and Leadership
  • Marie has over 25 years’ experience in social care and has undertaken a number of management roles.

Varsha Jeremie

Panel Chair

Experience:

  • Varsha’s role is to chair our fostering panel where recommendations are made on a foster carers approval.
  • Qualified with a BA in social work
  • Varsha has over 15 years’ experience in the fostering field and has experience fostering herself.

  • Shabeer has experience manging as a placement officer, supervising staff and foster carers.

Experience:

  • Over 3 years’ experience in the fostering sector.
  • Over 6 years’ experience working with Elderly, young offenders and disabilities.
  • Monica plans to use her transferable skills in the fostering sector and is eager to make a difference in supporting those in the fostering household.
  • Currently studying as a practice educator.

  • Over 4 years’ experience as a fostering office manager, administrator
  • Currently studying an NVQ Level 5 in health and social care
  • Bayley is currently enjoying her time at Family First Fostering and loves developing her skills within the agency. She is enjoying building relationships with all the foster carers and seeing how they change young people lives.

Victor Morata Roca

  • Qualified with a BA in Social Work, master’s in child protection and is a qualified practice educator.
  • Victor has a vast amount of experience working as a support worker completing direct work with children and young people.

  • Qualified with a BA Hons in Accounting and international Business.
  • Carla is currently studying CIMA management level.
  • Carla has previously worked as a finance analyst supervising a team of five.

Deborah Aremu

Service Manager

Experience:

  • Deborah has over 15 years’ experience in fostering where she has held serval positions including Registered Manager, SSW and Senior Practitioner.
  • Currently is a trustee for a small charity in Stratford.
  • Thoroughly enjoys building relationships with foster families, and supporting them within their role to provide safe, caring and nurturing homes for children and young people, which meet their holistic needs. Deborah also enjoys supporting Social Workers with their professional growth and development, to empower and equip them to best meet the needs of children.

Mary Kiguru

Supervision Social Worker

Experience:

  • Qualified with a BA in social work
  • Over 2 years’ experience working in fostering and over 7 years’ experience of being a foster carer herself.
  • Mary is passionate about supporting foster carers who strive to provide a nurturing home for many vulnerable children and young people which contributes to positive outcomes.

Chanise Earle

  • Qualified with a BA in Social Work
  • Chanise has experience working with adults with substance misuse, mental health and additional healthcare needs and children with disabilities, mental health and Care Leavers.
  • Chanise enjoys working with Children, Young Adults and Adults. She is passionate about focusing on the wellbeing of others as well as building positive relationships with individuals, providing support to enable individuals to achieve their best, creating a safe space to explore their needs and offering support to create a positive change.

Isaac Akinremi

  • Isaac has over 5 years of experience working as administrator and youth leader at local church, including working with looked after children.
  • While Isaac is working at Family First Fostering, he is hoping to apply his obtained skills and experience to his role. He likes to offer his all and be a good team player. He is hoping to gain more knowledge, experience and to be able to grow within the organisation.

Monika Jedrol

Supervising Social Worker

Experience:

  • Qualified BA Hons applied social sciences and PgDip in Social Work
  • Monika has a vast amount of experience working in criminal justice, with children and the elderly.
  • Monika expressed that seeing fostering from the inside is what inspired her to want to pursue her social work career.

Karima Kaf

Supervising Social Worker

Experience:

  • Qualified with BA in social work
  • Karima has experience working with the elderly and children with disabilities and additional healthcare needs.
  • Karima is passionate about supporting children, families and the community which comes from her own experience with social services in her childhood. Karma hopes she can use her knowledge and experience in her role to support and promote foster carers and children to achieve their best outcomes.

Kaylyn Goossen

  • Kaylyn has experience of direct work in paid and volunteering roles with diverse populations such as women, children and care leavers.
  • Kaylyn has experience working in childcare, women’s housing, community centres, local authorities and fostering.

  • Rabia has over 4 years’ experience working with young children in educational settings
  • Rabia enjoys building relationships with foster carers and supporting them with their role to provide a safe, nurturing and stable environment for the young people in their care.

Fatimah Abdullah

Administrator and Educational Lead

Experience:

  • Qualified with CACHE L3 in Childcare and education
  • Fatimah has over 9 years’ experience in the childcare and education sector and is currently studying BA in Education studies degree
  • Fatimah has worked with children for many years and enjoys working within this sector of work. Fatimah believes making a difference to a child/young persons life is important and therefore working within the fostering sector is a rewarding role for Fatimah.
